Connectors

What the connector can do

Four tools, in plain words, and how to choose between a quick and a deep search.

You do not need to name these tools or call them yourself. Ask your question in normal words and your assistant picks the right one. This page explains what is happening so the results make sense.

Find sources

search_sources

Looks through the list of public data sources Evermind can use (tenders, grants, major projects, permits, company records and more) and picks the ones that fit your question, in Canada or the US.

Research

research

Goes and collects the evidence: text from pages and documents, links worth reading, and original files, each with its source. It gathers and does not conclude. Your assistant does the analysis.

Get more results

get_research

Collects the rest of a larger search. This is what happens when a deep search is still running and your assistant checks back for new findings.

Load the Analyst's playbook

get_skill

Gives your assistant Evermind's step-by-step method for business-development research, so its answers lead with the decision, cite every figure and say what is still unknown.

Quick or deep

Every research request runs at one of two depths. You can ask for either in your own words.

Quick (the default)

About 40 seconds

A fast first pass over the best-matching sources. You get evidence back in the same reply.

Deep

A few minutes

A thorough search across more sources. Results arrive as they are found, and your assistant checks back until it is done.

Ways to ask for more

Go deeper

Do a deeper search on that.

Narrow it down

Focus on Alberta and only contracts awarded since 2023.

Fill a gap

You said the closing dates were missing. Try to find them.

Good to know

  • Every figure has a source. Ask your assistant to show it if it does not.
  • Files expire. Download links for original files stop working after a while, so save what you need.
  • Be specific. Names, places, years and amounts help a lot.
