Get started with Evermind
Evermind is a research assistant for business development. Ask it a question and it finds the answer in public records, with the source of every figure. You can reach it two ways.
You do not need to know how any of this works. This guide shows you how to ask Evermind a question from the AI assistant you already use, or from your email, and what to expect back.
Two ways to ask
Option 1
Connect it to your AI assistant
Add Evermind to Claude or ChatGPT once. After that you can ask it questions in the same chat where you already work, and your assistant uses Evermind's public-data sources to answer.

Send it an email
Email your question, or forward a message you received, to the Evermind Analyst. It replies with a researched answer and cited sources. Reply to that email to keep digging.

Evermind is set up for your organization. Only people your Evermind administrator has added can use it, and this applies to both options. If it says you are not set up, ask your administrator to add your work email address, or write to [email protected].
What you get back
- Answers from public records. Government data, tenders, funding programs, major projects and more.
- The source for every figure. A link and the date it was retrieved, so you can check it yourself.
- Honest gaps. When something could not be found or reached, it says so instead of guessing.
